Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock unless otherwise stated, and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 days, some on the same day. There are certain items we cannot stock but carefully select to show products that are readily available to us. We state each items' delivery on the product page - if you have differing delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, as we will always want help you out. 

Once your order is ready for despatch, we will despatch on an overnight service. If you require your order very quickly or have a deadline, please make a comment in the box at checkout stage, and we will do our best to deliver in time, or we will contact to you to discuss. Please also use the comments box to give us key information if you think you may not be around to sign for the goods - we will alert our carriers to your instructions.

To qualify for free delivery you must be in the mainland UK and must have spent over £70 on one complete order, it really is as simple as that...

Should any item be unobtainable for any reason, or have a longer delivery, we will contact you to resolve or discuss and alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point if you wish.

Delivery is generally made for us by City Link Express, and are normally be delivered within 24hrs of the date of despatch to UK Mainland addresses. 

For smaller orders under £15.00, customers may select delivery to be made by Royal Mail standard post. There is no tracking with this service, so as to avoid the customer having to sign for the goods.(which is not always convenient) - If you would like your order sent recorded post,  please mention this in the comments box at the checkout and we will be happy to offer this at no extra charge.

Deliveries to UK Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, R.O.I, Northern Ireland etc will be despatched on a 2-3 day service to keep costs at a minimum to the customer. Please see below table of delivery charges.

Channell Island deliveries - our delivery costs fluctuate, so we would appreciate it if you can call us for the up to date price.
