To qualify for free delivery you must be on the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) and must have spent over £75 on one complete order. Orders below this amount will be charged £5.94 for a signed for delivery. Small orders under £15 in value, will have the option of standard Royal Mail post.
Can I track my delivery once shipped?
Yes - if you have received an automated email from us that your order has been shipped via DPD, you can track your parcel by using the shipping number provided by us - click here and follow the instructions on the DPD website. You will also receive an SMS text alert or email from DPD carriers advising of delivery time slot. You can choose to re-schedule or give instructions via the SMS service or email, details are stated on these alerts.

How quick will my order arrive?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 3 working days, some on the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. There are certain items we cannot stock but carefully select to show products that are readily available to us. If you have differing delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, as we will always want help you out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch UK mainland carrier orders on a signed for next-day service.
I need my order urgent !
If you require your order very quickly or have a deadline, please make a comment in the box at checkout stage, or call us first before placing and we will do our best to deliver in time, or we can contact you back to discuss the quickest solution. Please also use the comments box to give us key information if you think you may not be around to sign for the goods - we will alert our carriers to your instructions.
What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Should any item be unobtainable for any reason, or have a longer delivery, we will contact you to resolve or discuss and alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additonal postage/shipping charges.
What happens if i am out when my order arrives?
For the most part, our orders are delivered via DPD carriers who operate a one-hour delivery slot - delivery information will be sent to you via SMS text, or email if you only provided your email address at time of order. Should there be any further problems on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card alerting you of their attempt to deliver, which will advise further instructions. Some smaller orders may be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, in which case a similar card will be left by them advising you of where you can collect your delivery.
We reserve the right to charge shipping costs on deliveries that are refused on delivery, which may also levy a return charge. This will apply to all orders regardless of whether the original order was entitled to free shipping or not. We will receive a notification that an order has been refused, and will advise the customer accordingly. Shipping charges will be either charged extra to the order or deducted from the invoice value should the goods not be required. Extra shipping charges to re-deliver the goods will be charged on to the customer.
Channel Islands - VAT Exempt
Customers wishing to order from Jersey, Guernsey or Sark ; VAT will automatically be removed from the invoice total at checkout stage.
International countries outside the EU - VAT Exempt
Customers placing orders from outside the EU ; VAT will automatically be removed from the invoice total at checkout stage.
For smaller orders under £15.00, customers may select delivery to be made by Royal Mail standard post. There is no tracking with this service and a signature is not required.
Deliveries to UK Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, R.O.I, Northern Ireland etc will be despatched on a 2-3 day service to keep costs at a minimum to the customer.
