Great product, excellent quality.
Through bolts/screws much more sturdy than individual screws. Easy to fit.
Had minor problem with one small screw which was rectified in no time at all- excellent service.
Great handle, looks stylish and has a very solid feel but tricky to fit

At the end of the day, I bought this handle because it looks great and I have not been disappointed. It is very solid and looks stunning on the door.
My only criticism is that it doesn't come with any instructions and takes a little working out how to fit it.
The single bolt through the door looks great but means you have to drill a hole through your door and make sure it is level and clean both sides.
The spec of the door handle says it is to fit a door 35-45mm, out of the box it doesn't. My front door is 45mm all my internal doors are 40mm. The bolt protrudes out by about 5mm and 10mm respectively. You have to cut the bolts which is not ideal and unexpected. There is a weak point in the bolt to do this but I am not sure why it is packaged this way if every bolt has to be cut to meet the specification?
Also because the bolt only has one end with a screw, you have to ensure the bolt is pulled all the way through so the nut part is engaged on one side of the door to prevent it simply spinning when you try and screw the other side of the door. You have to hold the bolt in place and be careful not to put too much pressure while you are screwing it in otherwise it pops out and spins and is difficult to push back in.
Saying all this, the cost of the extra effort fitting the handle once is certainly worth it for the look for many years to come.
