    Quality lock with the necessary BS certification

    Good quality mortice sash lock supplied with three keys. Slim profile body so plenty of meat left in the door each side of the lock. Easily reversible sash bolt. Choice of keeps, heavy weight welded box keep for external applications and lightweight flat striker plate keep for internal applications. (Unfortunately the flat striker plate keep was missing in my lock so I was forced to use the heavy weight keep on an internal application, but it didn't show too much and I had gone for a chrome version anyway so it looked OK. Lock operates nice and smoothly.

    Replacement Mortice Lock

    I thought the lock is very well made . i intended ordering to lock swap with an existing one that is worn . I didnt realise that that the new lock would be ever so slightly larger overall and rather than take 10 minutes to swap over it took considerably longer as slot cut in door had to be widened , I was dissapointed that I did not check the full specification before ordering as I could have saved myself a lot of bother. Overall I would say the product was well made and good value for money. The order arrived in 5 days as stated.

    The lock is very strong and suitable for an exterior door since it's a five lever lock. I bought the satin finish which is beautiful.
    Excellent service from the company, I ordered several items which were packed very carefully and delivered within a couple of days. I'll definitely be ordering other items as the renovation progresses on my property.
