How much is delivery?

Delivery is Free for orders over £70 to the UK Mainland Only (exc. Highlands & Islands). Orders under £70 will be subject to a £6.25 shipping fee. If your order is under £15 we also offer a cheaper £3.95 posting option which is non-tracked Royal Mail Second Class. The majority of orders are shipped via DPD and Royal Mail Tracked parcels.

How quick is delivery?

Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days.  Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out. 

Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a signed for next-day service with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail untracked post at a cheaper rate. I need my order next day !?

Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes.  This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us.

What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?

Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

30 Day Returns Policy

You must request a returns form if you want to arrange a return -  We cannot accept returns without a returns form completed. Please email us at returns@handles4homes.co.uk and we will email you back with an authorisation form.

Non-faulty goods that are no longer required, must be received back to us in a re-saleable condition, in original packaging within 30 days of receipt, to enable us to issue a refund to your card/PayPal. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days from the date when the goods were received. Please ensure the original product packaging is intact and the original packaging has not been defaced as this will invalidate any refund. Products must not be sent loose within boxes as invariably this will result in damage during transit. We also kindly suggest that any product packaging/bags are cleanly cut open with scissors so that we are able to heat-seal packaging again, should they be returned.
