How much is delivery?
Delivery is Free for orders over £70 to any UK postcode (exc. Channel Islands). Orders under £70 will be subject to a £6.25 shipping fee. If your order is under £15 we also offer a cheaper £3.95 posting option which is a tracked Royal Mail Second Class service. The majority of orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked parcels.

How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.

Non-faulty goods that are no longer required, must be received back to us in a re-saleable condition, in original packaging within 30 daysof receipt, to enable us to issue a refund to your card/PayPal. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days from the date when the goods were received. Please ensure the original product packaging is intact and the original packaging has not been defaced as this will invalidate any refund. Products must not be sent loose within boxes as invariably this will result in damage during transit. We also kindly suggest that any product packaging/bags are cleanly cut open with scissors so that we are able to heat-seal packaging again, should they be returned.

Felt a small challenge during installation but it turned out great in the end. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their cabinet hardware. 4.5 stars!

Just switched to this satin nickel pull from my old bronze ones. the difference is noticeable. the finish on this one is smooth and looks more modern. installation was straightforward, though I had to do a bit of adjustment. unlike my last set, this one slides easily every time. found it quite satisfying! i'm overall very happy with the switch and recommend others to try it. 4.5 stars again for sure.
