If you plan on building a new shelf for your books, pictures or other prized possessions, Hafele shelf brackets will help you on your way to your new piece.
Putting together furniture can take plenty of trial and error, and even when it seems like you’ve got it nailed, the most minor issue can rear its head to halt your progress. Hinges, for example, can be fitted easily, but they may need some tweaking to ensure the finished product stands steadily and functions smoothly.
How to adjust Hafele hinges
Your hinges may need adjusting to ensure your cabinet doors are opening and closing properly, and you can make these adjustments by tinkering with the screws. This will alter the positioning of the hinges so you can get a better idea of where exactly they need to fit for smooth opening and closing motions. In most concealed cup hinges, the front screw will move your door in and out, the back screw moves from front to back while the middle moves the door up and down. Making adjustments around these can also improve how your door looks from the outside.
