The Tudor Collection is a complete range of door and window furniture and associated fittings finished in the ever-popular black antique iron. Produced by M.Marcus, the range is made from solid iron which is cast into moulds and made annealing. The surface of the product reveals indentations which are created as the iron cools, whilst the shape is being formed to bestow an aged look. Each piece is then treated with a process called phosphating which slows the rusting process. Finally, the products are coated with a powder coated paint finish. Periodical wiping with WD40 or a light oil will help prolong the finish and operation. Not guaranteed externally owing to many different weather situations.
