How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.
I need my order next day !?
Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes. This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us on 0118 982 9170.
What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

1. I purchased this and it truly exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent and feels very sturdy. Installation was straightforward. Functionality is top-notch and it flows seamlessly with my home decor. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I'll definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable door handles. 5 stars from me.
2. The previous handle set I tried was decent but this Atlantic Old Engsh Cambridge Lever Handle on Rose in Matt Antique Brass takes it up a notch. Its quality is impressive and feels more robust. the installation process was easy both times but I appreciated how smooth this one was. in terms of design this one really complements my home's interior better. I faced no challenges with either but overall I'm happier with this purchase. Highly recommend giving it a try. 5 stars
3. You should get this for its durability and elegant design. Installation was easy. It blends seamlessly with my decor. Highly recommend for upgrade.
4. Quality 4.8 out of 5. Functionality 4.9. Design 5 stars. Installation 4.7. this impressed me with its durability and elegant look. Highly recommend.
5. Got this for its antique brass finish which works great for vintage or classic decor. the sturdiness is perfect for high-traffic areas. might have to consider a more modern design if your style is contemporary. had no issues during installation. it really stands out on a white door and adds a touch of elegance. definitely recommend for traditional settings.
