How quick is delivery?

Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days.  Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.

Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.

I need my order next day !?

What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?

Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

• Just installed this and I'm impressed. Quality is top-notch! It feels solid and fits perfectly on my window. Functionality is seamless and it opens and closes with ease. I rate it 4.5 stars due to the excellent design and finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a touch of elegance.

• Got the chance to compare this with another fastener and must say both have their merits. this one is handcrafted which adds a unique touch. the black finish is really classic. With the other fastener installation was easier but this one feels sturdier. i encountered no real issues with either. absolutely love how this elevates the window look while assuring good functionality. overall would recommend this for its artisanal charm and great fit. it ticks all the right boxes for style and durability!

• This adds charm and durability to your windows. Its handcrafted design is unique for period homes or classic interiors. highly recomended!

• This scores 9/10 for craftsmanship and 9/10 for durability! its beautiful finish adds elegance. fits perfectly. a must-have for classic window styles!

• When choosing window fasteners consider style and material. this is perfect for traditional homes wanting handcrafted charm. its black finish is both durable and stylish. while one might choose modern stainless steel for contemporary interiors this excels in adding character. had no trouble installing it and it operates smoothly. definitely recommended for a classic look!
