These T Hinges have a ‘Gothic shaped’ pointed end and is a perfect option for hanging large garage or barn doors.
The cranked nature of this hinge allows the door to be fitted in line with the surface of the frame which means there is no need to mortice the fixing plate into the frame of the door.
They are hot forged i.e. drawn to shape, not welded or fabricated and with the knuckle being fashioned in the traditional way it makes for a very strong product.
The traditional way of choosing a hinge size means it should reach two thirds of the way across the door but providing it reaches at least half way across it should carry the weight of most doors with no problems. For especially heavy doors a third hinge can be used (three on one door).
Sold as a set and supplied with necessary fixing screws.
Suitable for internal or external use but maintenance instructions must be followed to preserve the finish of your product.

Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. Non-faulty goods that are no longer required, must be received back to us in a re-saleable condition, in original packaging within 30 daysof receipt, to enable us to issue a refund to your card/PayPal. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days from the date when the goods were received. Please ensure the original product packaging is intact and the original packaging has not been defaced as this will invalidate any refund. Products must not be sent loose within boxes as invariably this will result in damage during transit. We also kindly suggest that any product packaging/bags are cleanly cut open with scissors so that we are able to heat-seal packaging again, should they be returned.
