How much is delivery?

Delivery is Free for orders over £70 to any UK postcode (exc. Channel Islands). Orders under £70 will be subject to a £6.25 shipping fee. If your order is under £15 we also offer a cheaper £3.95 posting option which is a tracked Royal Mail Second Class service. The majority of orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked parcels.

How quick is delivery?

Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days.  Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out. 

Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate. 

I need my order next day !?

Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes.  This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?

Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

30 Day Returns Policy

You must request a returns form if you want to arrange a return -  We cannot accept returns without a returns form completed. Please email us at returns@handles4homes.co.uk and we will email you back with an authorisation form.

Non-faulty goods that are no longer required, must be received back to us in a re-saleable condition, in original packaging within 30 days of receipt, to enable us to issue a refund to your card/PayPal. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days from the date when the goods were received. Please ensure the original product packaging is intact and the original packaging has not been defaced as this will invalidate any refund. Products must not be sent loose within boxes as invariably this will result in damage during transit. We also kindly suggest that any product packaging/bags are cleanly cut open with scissors so that we are able to heat-seal packaging again, should they be returned.

1. I'Ve been using this for my kitchen remodel and I'm truly impressed. The solid brass feels incredibly luxurious and the finishes are just stunning. The backplates fit perfectly with Hoxton’s cabinet handles and add that elegant and modern touch I was looking for. I had no issues with installation thanks to the matching screws provided. Definitely a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their cabinets!

Tried this after using another brand and I have to say the quality is noticeable. the solid brass construction feels so much more premium. the finishes are stunning and match perfectly with my cabinets. installation was a breeze as the screws provided were a perfect fit. previously I had some issues with mismatched screws but not with this. would definitely give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. highly recommend this for a touch of elegance!

If you're thinking about upgrading cabinet hardware consider this. if you want a touch of elegance go for the stunning finishes. opt for 140x30mm for smaller cabinets and 268x30mm for larger ones. my experience was great with easy installation and the solid brass quality. the matching screws were a plus. definitely reccomend this for a sophisticated look!
