How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.
I need my order next day !?
Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes. This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us on 0118 982 9170.
What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

• This is pretty solid. I recently installed this in my kitchen. The quality stands out. It’s reliable and works smoothly. The installation was straightforward. I appreciated how it enhanced the look without much hassle. It fits my cabinets perfectly, adding a subtle touch of elegance. Overall very satisfied and I'd give it 4.5 stars. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their cabinets!
• Recently tried this and it's been quite the experience. the last set of hinges i used was decent but this one stands out. honestly these are much smoother and the satin chrome finish looks more elgant. installing was easier than i expected. no major challenges except a slight alignment check needed. the quality feels better and operates more seamlessly than my previous set. would rate it highly. if you're thinking about an upgrade this is worth considering.
• This is a gamechanger for any home upgrade. the quality and satin chrome finish are unmatched. simply put its a must-have.
• This is 5 out of 5 for durability. the finish is impeccable. installation ease gets a 4. highly recommend it for any cabinet upgrade!
• When considering hinges for your cabinets this is a standout choice. if you want durability and style the satin chrome finish delivers. in spaces with heavy traffic its robustness is perfect. installation was a breeze for me! it worked well even in a humid environment. i recommend this for any kitchen or bathroom upgrade!
