How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.
I need my order next day !?
Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes. This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us on 0118 982 9170.
What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

1. I rate this 4.5 stars. The build quality is solid and the matt bronze finish looks great. It was easy to install and fits seamlessly with my decor. It functions smoothly and adds a touch of classic elegance. A small challenge was ensuring it aligned perfectly but nothing major. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their door hardware!
2. Tried this Heritage Brass V4545 Octave Lever on Rose Matt Bronze after using a chrome lever from the same brand. The matt bronze finish offers a more refined look. Installation was straightforward though aligning it perfectly took a bit of effort. Functionality is on par with my previous lever but with a distinct class. i had a better experience with this finish in terms of aesthetics. Would highly recommand for those looking to elevate their decor.
