Euro Profile sashlocks are designed for use with euro profile cylinders (available separately). The case is morticed into the door and then a cylinder (lock barrel) is selected to suit the thickness of the door. The cylinders can be chosen to have a key both sides or a turn on one side, a key on the other. These types of locks are commonly seen in commercial environments, offices etc, where the thumb turn arrangement offers an escape from the room without a key.
