How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.
I need my order next day !?
Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes. This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us on 0118 982 9170.
What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

1. Absolutely thrilled with this. The quality is superb. Solid craftsmanship. The lever has a smooth action. Perfect for modern decor. Functionality is on point hence no issues with installation. Gave it 5 stars. Highly recommend for anyone updating fixtures. Completely satisfied with the sleek design it offers.
2. Tried the Manital TC5 Techna Lever on Square Rose - Anthracite after using another lever from the same brand. have to say i noticed an improvement in the design. this one feels sturdier and more stylish. Installation was a breeze too. My only challenge was matching the colour with my door but it turned out great. functionality is top-notch. giving it a solid 5 stars. highly recommend this for a modern aesthetic. the previous lever was good but this one takes it up a notch!
4. This lever scores 5 stars for build quality. design is 4.5 stars while ease of installation gets a solid 5 stars. highly recommend.
5. If you want a modern look, this lever is perfect. with its sleek design and solid build, it suits contemporary homes well. it's also very easy to install which is a big plus. however this might not be the best if you have a vintage theme. overall, highly recomend for modern spaces. no major challenges faced during installation.
