How quick is delivery?

Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days.  Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.

Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.

I need my order next day !?

Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes.  This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?

Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

• I recently added this to my home decor and I'm quite impressed. The quality is evident in its sturdy feel and polished brass shine. Functionality is top-notch; it blends seamlessly into my cabinets. I'd rate it 4.5 stars. Installation was a breeze! I'd recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their space effortlessly.

• Recently switched to this from an older model and I must say the difference is quite noticeable. the polished brass finish on this adds a touch of class that my previous one lacked. installation was smooth just like the surface of the pull itself. functionality is spot on with easy grip and use. i'd say both are great but this just has that extra edge. if you're on the fence i'd recommend giving this a try.

• You should definitely consider this for its durable polished brass. it fits seamlessly and adds elegance. installation was a breez too! highly recommend.

• This scores high on quality with a 9 out of 10 for durability. installation was super easy too. overall a great choice!

• If you're looking for style and functonality this is an excellent choice. its polished brass is ideal for modern or traditional decors and easy installation is a bonus. in high-traffic areas it holds up very well. perfect for those seeking both elegance and durability. i recommend it for anyone needing a quality upgrade.
