How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.
I need my order next day !?
Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes. This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us on 0118 982 9170.
What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

1. I recently bought this for my home renovation. The quality is solid and it feels very durable. It operates smoothly every time and the dual finish is a nice touch. I’m quite satisfied overall. Installation was straightforward. This adds a polished look to my doors. Highly recommend. Giving it a solid 5 stars.
2. This is the second handle I've tried recently. Had another satin chrome one earlier. the Serozzetta ZIN3139 Irwin stands out. it's got a great finish and smoothness. what I like most is how solid it feels. the other one was good but this feels more premium. Installation was easy just like the last one. it fits perfectly on my door. if you want a reliable handle go for this. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
3. This handle has added elegance to my home! it’s sturdy installation was simple and the finish is a standout feature. Highly recomend!
4. I rate this handle 5 stars for quality and 4.5 for design. Durability is a solid 5. Highly recommend for a polished look.
5. If you’re deciding on door handles this is a great option for a stylish look and solid feel. for high-traffic areas this will work perfectly. the satin and polished chrome finish adds sophistication. installation was breeze even for a newbie like me. no issues so far. definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their doors.
