How quick is delivery?

Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days.  Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.

Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.

I need my order next day !?

Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes.  This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us on 0118 982 9170.

What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?

Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

1. Just added this to my entryway and wow! The quality is top-notch with a sleek polished brass finish that catches the eye every time. Installation was fairly simple and these hooks hold my winter coats with ease. It's practical yet stylish. I would rate it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. Definitely recommend it for any space needing a touch of elegance!

2. Just replaced my old coat hooks with this Spira Brass Crown Coat Hooks and the difference is palpable. the prior hooks were nice but this product raises the bar with its polished brass finish. it is both functional and an ornament for the wall. installation was straightforward even for someone with my minimal DIY skills. would definitely rate this one higher on versatility and style. Despite a slight learning curve with placement its a solid investment for anyone looking to elevate their space.

3. This elevates any room instantly! Its polished brass finish adds elegance. Super easy to install makes organising coats effortless. Highly recomended!

4. This scores 9/10 for design and 8/10 for durability. Installation was 7/10 but it's worth it. Definitely recommend for a stylish upgrade!

5. If you're deciding on coat hooks versatility and style are key. this brings a polished brass finish that suits both modern and classic decor. for small spaces its compact design is perfect without compromise on strength. I've found them particularly useful in entryways where elegance matters. installation is manageable even if you're not a DIY expert. totally recommend for anyone wanting an elegant touch!
