How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.
I need my order next day !?
Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes. This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us on 0118 982 9170.
What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

• I got this and I'm quite pleased with it. The quality is top-notch with a solid build that feels durable. Functionality-wise it's doing the job perfectly hanging coats and hats effectively. It was easy to install and its sleek finish matches my decor. Overall I'm giving it 4.5 stars. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to add a touch of style.
• I recently tried this after using a different brand and i'm impressed. while the previous one was decent, this feels sturdier and has a sleek sheen. installation was a breeze compared to my last experience where i struggled with mismatched screws. this blends well with my decor and holds coats well. i didn't face any issues with it slipping or anything. if you're looking to upgrade your hooks, i'd recommend giving this a go. it has a solid quality and is a worthwhile choice for anyone looking to add a touch of sophistication to their space.
• This is perfect for those seeking durability and style. its polished finish adds elegance. easy to install. highly reccomend for any home.

• When deciding on coat hooks consider the environment. if you need something for a high-moisture area this is excellent. its stainless steel resists rust and the polished finish is stylish. easy to install and works well for heavy items. its a great choice for both home and office settings. highly recommended for quality and durability.
