Our hammered range of products are meticulously hand-hammered by our skilled craftsmen. The textured surface this creates is well suited to a wide variety of settings.
Our weighty hammered newbury lever handle range is forged from solid bronze which emphasises the high quality materials and manufacturing techniques used. A perfect design choice to use throughout your property with many other matching products available.
Designed to fit any type of window, including uPVC and timber due to its slim fixing plate. Can be matched with the hammered newbury stays and door handles in the range.
The product is handed and therefore care needs to be taken when choosing the correct hand. From the inside view, if your window is hinged on the right then a right-hand fastener is required.
They have a 7mm² x 40mm spindle and can be locked by way of a grub screw.
Can be used with an espagnolette gearbox & window lock.
Supplied with matching SS M5 screws.
PRODUCT FINISH
This finish is manufactured from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. The finish starts off extremely dark with a rich, matt look due to the process used to age the metal. However, the finish will gradually lighten over time with use, revealing the warmer copper undertones and achieving a contrasting depth of character.
MAINTENANCE & CARE
This finish will initially lighten with use to reveal the copper tones from the metal beneath. If desired, a dry cloth can be used to accelerate this process, which will reveal more of the warm copper tones within the base metal. Please avoid using ‘Brasso’ (73102) or any other cleaning products on this finish, as this will strip the product of its dark rich character. If you were to over-polish or strip the product of its aged charm, then please note that the finish will oxidise and darken again in time. Regular oiling of all moving parts using our ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337) is beneficial to the longevity of your products. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation. An oily cloth can also be used to wipe over the product from time to time to aid protection against exterior or environmental elements.
Delivery is Free for orders over £70 to any UK postcode (exc. Channel Islands). Orders under £70 will be subject to a £6.25 shipping fee. If your order is under £15 we also offer a cheaper £3.95 posting option which is a tracked Royal Mail Second Class service. The majority of orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked parcels.

How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.

Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes. This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?
Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

You must request a returns form if you want to arrange a return - We cannot accept returns without a returns form completed. Please email us at returns@handles4homes.co.uk and we will email you back with an authorisation form.
Non-faulty goods that are no longer required, must be received back to us in a re-saleable condition, in original packaging within 30 daysof receipt, to enable us to issue a refund to your card/PayPal. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days from the date when the goods were received. Please ensure the original product packaging is intact and the original packaging has not been defaced as this will invalidate any refund. Products must not be sent loose within boxes as invariably this will result in damage during transit. We also kindly suggest that any product packaging/bags are cleanly cut open with scissors so that we are able to heat-seal packaging again, should they be returned.
