30-Day Returns Policy

You must request a returns form if you want to arrange a return -  We are unable to accept returns without a completed form. Please email us at returns@handles4homes.co.uk and we will email you back with an authorisation form.

Non-faulty goods that are no longer required must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, in original packaging within 30 days of receipt, to enable us to issue a refund to your card/paypal. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days from the date on which the goods were received.  Please ensure the original product packaging is intact and the original packaging has not been defaced as this will invalidate any refund.

Products must not be sent loose within boxes as invariably this will result in damage during transit. We also kindly suggest that any product packaging/bags are cleanly cut open with scissors so that we can heat-seal the packaging again, should they be returned.

Returns are arranged and paid for by the customer. We strongly recommend using a signed-for service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost post/parcels.
