How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.
I need my order next day !?

• Just got this for my home office doors and it's impressive! Quality deserves 5 stars with its polished brass finish really standing out. Functionality is spot on at 4.5 stars. Installation was a breeze! It adds a subtle elegance to the room. If you're upgrading door hardware this is a solid choice!
• I recently compared this to another escutcheon i had before. the previous one was decent but this one takes the cake. the polished brass finish on this really shines brighter. Setting it up was a smooth process too. with the older one, i needed a lot more effort to get it right. this also feels sturdier. my doors look more refined now. if you're thinking of upgrading your door hardware this would defnitely be a great pick.
• This is a must-have for improving door style. its polished brass look really elevates any space. installation was a sinch. highly recomend it!
• Quality hits a solid 9 out of 10. Durability scored 8. Ease of installation was 9. Overall, this is a fantastic purchase.
• If you're looking for elegance in a small package, this is perfect. the polished brass stands out. it's great for modern or classic decor. installation was a breeze. for rooms needing a touch of sophistication this hits the mark. i've found it to be durable too. definitely recommend for a quick upgrade!
