How quick is delivery?
Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.

1. I recently got this and it's been a solid addition. The quality feels robust with a nice satin brass finish. It fits well and adds a touch of class to my home. Installing it was straightforward and it operates smoothly. I'm quite satisfied with its performance. I'd rate it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. If you're looking to upgrade your door fixtures this is a great choice!
2. Recently switched to this from another brass pull I used before. with this one the satin brass finish really stands out. the previous pull was good but this adds more elegance to my door. Quality-wise both were sturdy but this feels slightly more premium. Installing wasn't tricky at all. I did appreciate how smoothly it functions daily. overall I'd say this is a worthwhile upgrade. highly recommend if you're thinking of making a change!
3. This combines classic design with solid functionality. The satin brass looks stylish! easy to install and works smoothly. recommend for a touch of elegance!
4. This scores 9/10 in durability and 8/10 in aesthetics. The finish complements interiors well and installation was effortless. Highly recommend it!
5. If you're looking for a cylinder pull that combines durability with style this is a great choice. The satin brass finish adds elegance to any door. For vintage-themed homes, this fits perfectly. installing was a breeze even for beginners like me. Compared to others, it offers a balance of quality and aesthetics. Definitely recommend if you want both function and design without comprimise!
