All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days. Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.

1. I recently installed this and I am really satisfied with its quality. Solid build and elegant design. Smooth turning mechanism adds a touch of class to my door. Installation was straightforward. A tad tricky aligning the screws but manageable. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their door hardware. Id definitely rate it 4.5 stars.
