• I recently installed this and it's been a solid addition to my door! The quality is evident with its sturdy build and sleek satin chrome finish. Functionality is seamless whether you're locking or unlocking. I give it 4.5 stars for both style and security! Highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their home security!
• Tried quite a few nightlatches before but this excel hardware 7042 in satin chrome takes the cake. it feels sturdier compared to my last latch and looks sharp on the door. the locking mechanism operates smoothly like butter which wasnt always the case with my old one. if you're in need for an upgrade i'd say give this a shot. you wont be disappointed! it's been a worthwhile addition to my home security setup.
