How quick is delivery?

Most of our fast-moving and popular products are held in stock and most if not all deliveries are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days, some the same day. All products have a delivery estimate stated, and the majority will say 2-5 working days.  Owing to the extensive ranges and finishes, there are certain items we do not stock in our warehouse but are readily available to us from our network of UK-based suppliers and manufacturers quickly. If you have products with different delivery periods on your order, we tend to deliver when the order is complete - please let us know if you need a part delivery, and we will always try and help out.

Once your order is ready for despatch, we will generally despatch most UK mainland orders on a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail Tracked parcel services. Orders under the value of £15 can also be shipped via standard Royal Mail tracked post at a cheaper rate.

I need my order next day !?

Depending on what time of day it is, we can normally arrange next-day delivery on most of our core ranges to UK mainland postcodes.  This may involve extra shipping charges so please call us and we will check availability and prices for you. Some products may not be available the next day but we will assist where we can to expedite your order. Please call us on 0118 982 9170.

What happens if my item(s) are out of stock?

Should any item be delayed or unobtainable for any reason, we will contact you to resolve or discuss an alternative. You can of course cancel items at this point, or arrange a part shipment of your order which may result in additional postage/shipping charges in some cases.

• Got this recently and it's pretty solid! Quality is impressive with robust pewter and excellent craftsmanship outshining ordinary options. Functionality allows for perfect window positioning and it has certainly added a classy touch to my space. Rating this 4.5 stars. Whether you're updating old fittings or starting fresh this is a must-consider!

• Tried this pewter window stay from from the anvil and i must say it looks stunning with its timeless design. compared it to a brass stay i previously purchased, and while both were good, this one feels sturdier. installation was a breeze and it has a classic finish that enhances my window. my previous one had style but this takes it up a notch with durability and charm. if you're considering an upgrade, this is definitely worth it for that elegant touch!

• This is perfect for adding elegance to windows. sturdy and easy to install it gives a classic touch. highly recomend for style and durability!

• This scores high with its durability and elegant design. quality is a solid 9/10. highly recommend for anyone wanting reliable window hardware!

• If you're looking for somthing elegant yet sturdy this is a great pick. its pewter finish blends well with traditional and modern decor. for high-moisture areas its corrosion resistance is a plus. during my home renovation it was easy to install and matched perfectly with my windows. definitely recommend for a timeless look!
